Join us for a Well-being Walk and Meal at The Heritage Cafe Bistro in Burslem. A chance for walking mindfulness – taking a mindful walk offering the opportunity for defragmenting of the mind.Throughout the day, there will naturally arise opportunities to notice things in the environment, about yourself or others,and to be curious about the world around us.
